These terms govern your purchase of, and participation in, The AI Affiliate Machine masterclass. Please read them before you register — by registering you agree to them.
1. What you are buying
You are buying a seat at a single live online masterclass, approximately 90 minutes long, run on a scheduled date and time shown on the registration page, for a fee of ₹199 (inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise).
This is a live, one-time session. As stated on the registration page, no recording or replay is provided. The hands-on build and the Q&A only happen in the room. If you do not attend, you will not receive a recording afterwards.
You are not buying software, a licence to any tool, ongoing coaching, a done-for-you service, or any guarantee of income.
2. Registration and access
Registration and payment are handled by our partner TagMango. After a successful payment, your joining link is sent to you and shared in our WhatsApp group. You are responsible for giving us accurate contact details — if the email or phone number you enter is wrong, we may not be able to deliver your joining link.
You are responsible for your own device, software and internet connection. We are not responsible for you missing the session because of a problem on your side.
3. Payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Payment is collected by TagMango and its payment gateway; we do not store your card or banking credentials. We may change the price of future sessions at any time, but a change will never affect a seat you have already paid for.
4. Earnings disclaimer
We do not guarantee that you will earn any money. Any income figures, screenshots, commission amounts, awards or case studies shown on this site or during the masterclass are our own results, or the results of specific individuals. They are illustrations of what is possible — they are not typical, not a promise, and not a projection of what you will earn.
Affiliate marketing and paid advertising carry real financial risk, including the risk of losing your advertising spend. Your results depend on your own effort, skill, budget, market conditions and many factors outside our control. You alone are responsible for your business decisions and for any money you choose to spend.
5. Third-party platforms
Affiliate networks and platforms referred to on this site or in the session — including ClickBank, MaxWeb, Digistore24, BuyGoods, Gurumedia, MaxBounty and others — are independent companies. Internet Youth Academy is an independent affiliate and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. We do not control their rules, payouts or account decisions, and we are not responsible for any action they take on your account.
The same applies to any AI tool, advertising platform or software demonstrated during the session. You are responsible for complying with their terms and for any fees they charge.
6. Intellectual property and conduct
All material presented in the masterclass — including the presentation, frameworks, prompts, templates and recordings we make — belongs to Internet Youth Academy. Your seat is personal to you.
You may not:
- Record, screen-capture, stream or re-broadcast the session.
- Share your joining link, or let anyone else use your seat.
- Resell, republish or redistribute the material, in whole or in part.
- Disrupt the session or behave abusively toward the host or other attendees.
We may remove you from the session or the WhatsApp group, without a refund, if you breach this section.
7. If we need to change or cancel
Occasionally we may need to reschedule a session. If we do, we will tell you at the contact details you registered with and give you a seat at the new date. If we cancel outright and do not offer you an alternative date, you get a full refund.
8. Limitation of liability
The masterclass is provided for educational purposes on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with the masterclass is limited to the amount you actually paid us for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost advertising spend or lost business opportunities.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you register is the version that applies to your purchase.
